We are an ideal venue for meetings, parties, conferences and training courses.

Rooms: We have two meeting rooms and two halls for hire.
Maximum Capacity: The meeting rooms can accommodate 25 – 30 people theatre style and maximum 16 people around a table. The large hall on first floor can hold up to 200 people, ground floor hall up to 125 people theatre style, less if around tables in both halls.
Facilities: Both halls have kitchen facilities (cooker, microwave, urns, crockery etc.) The meeting rooms have tea/coffee making facilities. We can also provide the tea/coffee etc for 50p per cup or just bring your own.
Equipment: All rooms are set up ready for you by our staff. eg. Boardroom, theatre, informal, classroom.
Parking: There is a public car park next door at 50pence per hour. We are close to Hexham town centre.
Hire Charges: Our charges vary for community groups or commercial. We charge per three hour session.
Our meeting rooms are at present £23 per 3hr session for community/charitable groups, such as Alzheimer’s society and £29 for a commercial goup such as Cambridge Diet.
The Stan Batey Hall on ground floor is £25 per 3hr session, business up to £46 per 3hr session
The Norman Reed Hall on first floor should be £40 for Community groups and £62 for business.
Children’s Birthday parties are £30 with a £20 refundable deposit on booking.
